Thanks to laws in San Jose like Measure B and Prop 32, working people are under attack — so Peninsula Direct Action and our allies in labor are giving back!

Appreciate WORKERS on Bosses Day!

Peninsula Direct Action is inviting ALL CITY EMPLOYEES (including COPS AND FIREFIGHTERS) to enjoy a discounted lunch on us from a variety of delicious gourmet food trucks!

Come out and enjoy a discounted lunch at one of Moveable Feast’s gourmet food trucks, courtesy of Peninsula Direct Action and our labor sisters and brothers! Show us your city ID badge and get a ticket for $3 off your lunch at any of the affordable lunch options!

While you’re enjoying lunch, you can:

• Register to vote.

• Learn more about the dangers of Prop 32.

• Get informed about great measures like Prop 37 and San Jose’s Measure D!

• Get information other statewide propositions and local measures affecting workers that will be on your ballot this November.

• Reconnect with your co-workers and make new friends with workers from other organizations!

• Appreciate WORKERS with us on Bosses Day!

Confirmed gourmet food trucks for this event include The Chairman truck and BBQ Kalbi! Other trucks include Curry Up Now and Speedy Panini. (Truck line-up is subject to change.)

DISCLAIMER: City Bosses like Chuck Reed, Debra Figone, and Rose Herrera who have acted against city workers by supporting extreme bills like Measure B will not be eligible for a $3 discount ticket.
